It doesn’t matter how you ask for help. But you have to ask! Our proposition is relatively simple – for every item sold, we increase the awareness of mental health and support to anyone who might be struggling at the moment.
We pledge 1 Euro of every sale to our friends over at the International Surf Therapy, an organization harnessing the power of collaboration and the ocean to advance the use of surf therapy as a mental and physical health intervention.

Each piece is ethically handmade by artisans in Cigondewah, Indonesia. All our hats are made from upcycled & recycled waste materials sourcing scraps, offcuts, leftovers, and deadstock fabrics directly sourced from local manufacturers. Each piece is made to give back to the community in Cingondewah and sold to advocate for better mental health worldwide.

By definition, vibes are an individuals’ emotional disposition or the pervading quality of a place, but for us, v1bes travel beyond the limits of text or the boundaries of a definition.
It’s a code we aspire to live by, incorporating our love for the oceans we surf, the streets we roam, the miles we travel, and the people we cross path along the way. The search for v1bes was inspired by a life of travels to faraway places, the memories of what the eyes have seen and the desire to tell the tales of the friends we made on the road.
